They provide bespoke advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and mortgages. The Financial Advisors enjoy full back office support including administration and paraplanning and will inherit an established and loyal client portfolio and the means to grow and develop your client book further. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser seeking long-term career development within a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment.What's an ideal applicant?Experience in advising private clients on pensions, investments, retirement planning, and estate planningLevel 6 qualified would be ideal but level 4 with progress on additional exams will certainly be consideredA keen user of technology, with the ability to utilise cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate financial planning outcomesProven ability to deliver tailored, compliant advice and develop long-term client relationshipsStrong knowledge of investment solutions, tax-efficient planning, and retirement strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.Strong organisational skills and attention to detailCommercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver regulated advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and wealth managementBuild strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable, tailored solutionsProactively use cash-flow modelling software to present and explain planning outcomes in a clear, client-friendly wayManage your own client portfolio, including reviews, ongoing advice, and compliance with all regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the firm's support teams to ensure efficient administration and reporting, freeing you to focus on client-facing workActively pursue new business opportunities, including referrals from existing clients and networkingThis is a hybrid position where you will effectively manage your diary but there will be requirements for time in the office week where you will meet clients and work collaboratively with your colleagues.
