Manage income collection processes efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve income targets.
Handle queries and provide advice on income-related matters.
Monitor income and report discrepancies promptly.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely payment.
Promote positive financial behaviours among clients.
Contribute to the development of income strategies.
Comply with all regulatory requirements in income management.Profile

A successful Income Officer should have:

A degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
Prior experience in income management, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Adept at problem-solving and managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Offer
