Strong leadership is vital for any local authority – we are therefore looking for a an experienced practitioner / manager who's looking for their next opportunity to join an Ofsted 'Good' rated council located on the South Coast to join on a permanent basis to continue their focus on development of practice within the service in order to get to Outstanding.

The post comes off the back of a successful recruitment drive across the service, the majority of whom are now permanent, giving you the ideal foundation to start making your mark and further making the lives of the children and families involved in the service better. You will be a Team Manager in the Pathways Through Care service, which includes Children in Care, Care Leavers, Fostering and Placements..

The Package Includes:

Salary of up to £61,658
Hybrid working arrangements, alongside service visibility and engagement.
25 days annual leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays.
You'll be joining a close-knit team, further supported by a super engaged senior management team  

Due to the ambitions of the service, you will ideally have a strong background in a previous leadership role, and even more desirably a history of service improvement and development.

As well as a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned Team / Practice Manager to continue to implement positive change, this is the chace to join a council who boast a lovely location on the coast line in Southern England, so no more big city traffic

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
