About your new Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor role

To ensure maximum availability of vehicles and support drivers to meet the requirements of the Company.
To liaise with Inspectors, and other Depot Supervisors to ensure that all disruptions are effectively resolved and ensure this is communicated.
To deal with passenger / customer complaints in a caring and professional manner.
To ensure that all driving staff carry out their duties effectively and within the health and safety regulations.
To ensure compliance with driver’s hours rules and regulations and ensuring work is allocated efficiently and effectively
The successful Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor will receive
