Deliver high-performance standards around all aspects of baggage handling, meeting the requirements of our customers and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times.
**Main accountabilities include**:

- On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically, in accordance with the relevant training received.
- Gather, input, and process all data and documentation necessary for the fulfilment of the success of the operation, by manual, automated or computerised systems, including weather reporting.
- Undertake all relevant baggage sortation duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Carry out area hazard checks.
- Carry out aircraft inspections.
- Carry out equipment inspections.
- Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities, or processes to the appropriate management.
- Carry out Headset duties, including communication with the flight deck, in accordance with the relevant training received.
- Operate position and remove company equipment, in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training received.

- Inform their manager/supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or immediate danger to health and safety.
- Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous occurrences to their manager/supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Customer and safety focus.
- Full UK Driving License.
- The ability to lift and move heavy baggage and work outdoors in all weathers.
- A respectful, friendly, and supportive approach.
- Reliability, punctuality, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
