Are you a proactive and motivated individual seeking an exciting role within the London Borough of Harrow? We invite you to join our growing team as a Resourcing Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prioritize recruitment campaigns, ensuring each stage is completed on time.
Assist in recruitment and selection by coordinating with external providers and internal teams.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Keep management information up to date.
Support all recruitment activities as needed.
Write and post job adverts, and review applications.
Actively source and headhunt candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Monitor candidate interactions to meet resourcing KPIs.
Help hiring managers organize interview panels.
Experience and Skills:
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
Extensive experience in managing end-to-end permanent recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate assessments.
