Pay Rate: £190 to £250 per day
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are working with a lovely Primary School that are seeking a dedicated and passionate ARP SEN Teacher to join their specialised provision supporting children with Autism. You will lead a small class of 9 children, supported by 2-3 skilled Teaching Assistants. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess tailored learning experiences that meet individual student needs.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants and other staff.
Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
Engage with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to support student progress.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Autism or within an SEN setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit a range of learning needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
