Our client provides a diverse portfolio of high-quality lighting products, distributed through a network of electrical wholesalers via a B2B sales model.
Job Description:
Our client are seeking an ideally experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to enhance their sales team. Candidates with a background in wholesaling or experience selling to wholesalers are preferred. Knowledge of the lighting industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale customers, including Branch Managers, Buyers, and Trade Counters.
- Implement a monthly call schedule to ensure consistent engagement with all customers.
- Identify and target new project opportunities
.
- Provide training and product guidance to wholesalers to help them promote our products to their clients.
- Collaborate with local contractors to elevate our client's brand reputation.

Candidate Requirements:
- Residence in the relevant sales area or nearby is essential.

- Implement a monthly call schedule to ensure consistent engagement with all customers.
- Identify and target new project opportunities

- You will be responsible for monthly reporting and will have the opportunity to present your findings and new initiatives at divisional sales meetings, discussing customer developments and innovative ideas.
This is a field-based role focused on growing their gross profit turnover through a designated set of trading accounts.
