Retention Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Chatting with customers to renew existing products while introducing them to services they'll love.
Mastering the art of negotiation to create win-win deals that lock in value.
Adapting your communication style to suit everyone from the chatterbox to the straight-talker.
Sweating the small stuff - because details matter when you're building trust.
Collaborating with colleagues to create a powerhouse of happy customers. What You'll Bring to the Table

2+ years of proven success in a high-volume B2B sales or retention role.
A solid grasp of B2B customer care processes and the rules that keep us compliant.
Tech-savviness with CRM and Lead Management systems.
Stellar written and verbal communication skills - you know how to talk the talk AND walk the walk.
Laser-sharp attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership in your work.
A warm, professional vibe that helps you build relationships effortlessly.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure. What's in It for You?

£27,000 & excellent commission (OTE £12K)
12 weeks fully paid training to set you up for success.
