Job Description:
Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Account Manager - Retention to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing business clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, and meeting or exceeding retention and sales targets. You will work closely with our sales teams to transition clients from acquisition to retention stages, using CRM tools to track and analyze client interactions, trends, and performance metrics.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, retention, or account management, demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and sales targets, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. In return, we offer a competitive base salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans, as well as professional development and training opportunities.
