Are you an organised and proactive individual with experience in event planning or administration? We’re seeking an Events Administrator to jointhe Events Team, supporting the delivery of first-class events for a well known charity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Research Conference, ensuring seamless coordination.
Manage the events inbox, liaise with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders, and prepare event materials.
Provide general administrative support and assist in delivering other events as required.About You:

Experience in the events industry or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
