A bit about the role:

* As part of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, leading sales projects, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs dealing with Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature solutions.

* Your responsibilities will include managing sales performance, proactively engaging with potential customers, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market share.

* You will be tasked with developing strong relationships, understanding customer requirements, and positioning our diverse range of products to provide the best solutions.

* You'll be responsible for identifying growth areas for individual products and markets, while also contributing valuable feedback to our marketing, design, and sourcing teams.

* We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is highly organised, and has a keen ability to multitask

What we’re looking for:

* Candidates will have a technical background in temperature, pressure and/ or flow measurement.

* Experience in managing key accounts and customer development will be essential.

* A B.Eng. degree (preferably in Control & Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering) or an equivalent technical background with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

* Experience in industrial instrumentation and process control is highly valued.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are key, along with the ability to present technical information in a clear and compelling manner.

* A team player who can work effectively with internal teams (Customer Service, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) and across different geographical regions.

* You should be able to thrive in a high-performance environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.

* A good understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyse performance trends using data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
