Responsibilities:

Process sales orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery
Act as a point of contact for customers, dealing with any queries or complaints promptly and professionally
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis for management
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, quality and procurementRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a sales or customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an attention to detail
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
