Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join schools in the Milton Keynes area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of Key Stage 1 students.

Role Overview:

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting experienced teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to children aged 5 to 7. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and contributing to the overall positive and inclusive atmosphere of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide targeted assistance.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the preparation and organization of educational materials.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage a love for learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with Key Stage 1 students is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
