Role: New & Used Car Sales Executive

Location: York (Main Dealer)

Salary: OTE £52K with top performers earnirng 60k+

It all starts with fully understanding the needs and wants of our customers and delivering a wow factor service for them.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

* Present finance options, add-ons, and service plans to customers.

* Maintain a high standard of customer service to build lasting relationships.

* Meet and exceed sales targets while thriving under pressure.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in a car sales environment (preferable)

* A dynamic and personable individual with a strong drive to succeed.

* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service every day.

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the dealership's product offerings.

* A full UK driving licence is essential.
