Working for a privately owned Domicillary Care Company, that is currently expanding its internal team. Working alongside a team of 8 internal staff members.

you will be:-

* Responsibile for the allocation of care shifts / rotas to care staff

* Ensuring care planning apps runs and is updated by care staff

* Ensuring care staff are providing the highest level of care at all times

* Ensuring that care staff attend regular trainiing updates.

* Be effective in communicating to both care staff, clients, their families and internal team.

* Answering the telephone taking new care queries

* Competent in Word, Excel

* Knowledge of CRM 2000 ideally, although training will be given,

Ideally you will have held the same role previously at the same level or have been in the care sector as a Senior Carer and looking to move up and progress your career.

You will be paid monthly, with oncall being part of the duties which is completed on a rosta, currently 1 weekend in 4.

* You must have excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking & written communication.

* You must be flexible and be a team player.

* You should be effective and able to multitask

* Must have excellent IT skills.

If you have been a Domicillary Care Co ordinator previously and want to work for a company that is expanding. This role is for you. You will need to have the RTW within the UK without any restrictions at all. Unfortuantely this role is unable to take employees looking for sponsorship.

You will be required to undergo an Enhanced Adult & Child DBS that will be paid for by the employee, the role is also subject to satisfactory referencing taking place.
