What's involved?

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with the Head Chef to create an inspiring culinary experience for the guests. You'll take the lead in mastering exquisite desserts, from delicate petit fours to mouthwatering deserts and artisan breads, as well as an afternoon tea offering. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent excellence in pastry production.
