About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QC Analyst to oversee and deliver top-notch analysis services while helping our client push the boundaries of innovation in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely analysis services.
• Perform advanced analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES methodologies, preparing in-depth reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor and train colleagues, ensuring the team maintains a high standard of service.
• Work closely with the Laboratory Manager to strategise and meet company objectives.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, sharing insights and seeking research opportunities.
• Uphold strict laboratory standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
• Proficient in analytical techniques, specifically NIRS and ICP-OES.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality.
• Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
