**Salary**:Up to £40,000 per annum**

8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

**Production Planner**:

- **Overview**:
Step into the pivotal role of Production Planner and influence the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations. Collaborate with key players such as the Head of Manufacturing, Production Manager, and Group Buyer to drive the delivery of finished goods that match our ambitious targets.

**Production Planner**:

- Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Scheduling**: Curate precise production schedules, balancing both machinery and mixing demands, all while ensuring optimal Work In Progress (WIP) levels.
- **Order Allocation & Efficiency**: Commandeer batch usage and allocations, ensuring every order is not just a process, but a promise delivered on time.
- **Stock Management Savvy**: Dive deep into our Stock Management System (e.g., SAGE), creating item codes and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) that align with our future vision.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Produce KPI reports. Illuminate machine efficiency and production wastage, guiding us to informed decisions.

**Production Planner**:

- **Further Responsibilities**:

- Engage with the Head of Manufacturing and Production Manager to craft a forward-thinking 12-week schedule for manufacturing
- Partner across departments (from QC to Marketing) ensuring every move is strategic, timely, and aligned with market needs.
- Oversee daily stock adjustments, ensuring accuracy is not just an aim but a standard.
- Champion innovation by generating new product codes and BOMs partnering with R&D and the design team.
- Drive continuous improvement, embedding excellence into every facet of our operation.

**Additional Tasks**:

- Play an active role in staff meetings and training, shaping our future.
- Deliver comprehensive production reports for senior management, capturing the story behind the numbers.
- Adapt and excel, handling a diverse array of tasks and responsibilities.
