Innovate Cambridge’s brand-new community space is now open, and we’re looking for an Events and Front-of-House Co-ordinator to bring it to life.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours), flexibility between 8am and 6pm depending on need. Occasional support for events 6-8pm.

What will you do?
You’ll be at the heart of our community space, greeting members and visitors, coordinating inspiring events, managing social media, and ensuring the space runs seamlessly. One day, you’ll be hosting a networking event; the next, crafting a social media post to promote our latest workshop. You’ll also maintain a welcoming, organised environment and keep our members connected and engaged.

What are we looking for?

* Experience in events and/or front-of-house roles.

* A natural people person with excellent communication skills.

* A multitasker who can stay cool in a busy environment.

* Proactive, professional, and brimming with ideas to enhance our community.

This is an in-person role based at our vibrant Cambridge hub, with shifts between 8 am and 6 pm, plus occasional evening events.
