Application Requirements: We are looking for a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant who:
• Holds a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
• Has prior experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Is confident delivering interventions and booster sessions.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children succeed.
Key Responsibilities: As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Deliver small-group and one-on-one intervention sessions to boost students’ progress.
• Support pupils with special educational needs in accessing the curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to prepare and adapt learning materials.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress to teachers and parents.
