Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: SEN School based in Solihull
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About Us:
Supply Allies is recruiting for a Finance School Admin to work at a thriving and inclusive school dedicated to providing an excellent education for all our students. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our friendly team and support the smooth financial operations of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
* Provide administrative support to the school office as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in a school or similar setting.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
