Planning Coordinator

PLANNING COORDINATOR - CHESTER 

FULL TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30am - 4:30pm 

PERMANENT

KPI Recruiting are working with a highly reputable manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. 

You will be: 

Managing and updating all spreadsheets within the planning department 
Agreeing and confirming delivery volumes with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email 
Providing data reports to senior management
Correlating customer order volumes 
Acting as first point of contact for customers, hauliers and suppliers with queries into planning department 
Creating and maintaining purchase / sales documentation and contracts, sending accordingly 
Liaising with hauliers to effectively arrange deliveries, booking deliveries to all sites 
Accurately maintaining trading information
