PLANNING COORDINATOR - CHESTER FULL TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30am - 4:30pm PERMANENTKPI Recruiting are working with a highly reputable manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be: Managing and updating all spreadsheets within the planning department Agreeing and confirming delivery volumes with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email Providing data reports to senior managementCorrelating customer order volumes Acting as first point of contact for customers, hauliers and suppliers with queries into planning department Creating and maintaining purchase / sales documentation and contracts, sending accordingly Liaising with hauliers to effectively arrange deliveries, booking deliveries to all sites Accurately maintaining trading information Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Free on site parking Pension scheme Life assurance Employee assistance programmes Sick pay Training and progression opportunitiesCompany social events This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, rapidly expanding businessInterested?
