The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a safe and positive environment, supporting the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives by providing essential support and guidance.
Main Duties:
Building strong, supportive relationships with students to promote well-being and positive behaviour.
Assisting in the development and implementation of behaviour and support plans.
Supporting students during challenging situations and providing a listening ear.
Monitoring student progress and liaising with teachers, parents, and external agencies when necessary.
Promoting a safe and inclusive school environment.Applicant Specification:
Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students.
