Pastoral Care Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Pastoral Care Assistant to work with us at a Secondary School in Harrow. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a supportive environment that promotes the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students.
About the Role- Foster positive relationships with students to enhance their overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and external agencies to develop effective behaviour and support plans.
- Provide individualised support to students during challenging situations.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive school environment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' growth and well-being. A background in education or a related field is preferred.
Salary: £100-£120 per day
