Lord Search & Selection are delighted to partner with a major FMCG manufacturer on a search for a Grocery Channel Manager - National Accounts who is excited to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced, innovative company.

What You'll Do:

Develop Key Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with major grocery chains, becoming a trusted partner to help drive their business forward
Drive Growth and Brand Visibility: Focus on growing both brand and own brand products within the grocery sector, expanding the company's footprint and presence in key markets
Strategic Account Management: Lead and execute account strategies, identifying and seizing new business opportunities that align with the company's growth goals
Impact and Innovation: Play a key role in shaping the company's future in the UK
Evolving Leadership Role: Start in a stand-alone role but with clear potential to grow into a leadership position, managing your own team as the business continues to expand.What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in FMCG, particularly within the grocery channel
A hands-on approach to account management and a strong desire to build and grow your own portfolio
Strong ability to negotiate, communicate and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients
