Monday to Friday - Rota basis, between 8.00am and 6.00pm (1 hour lunch)

£12.24 per hour (Weekly)

(Temporary until Friday 20th December - Potential to extend)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Call Handler to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis This is your chance to make a positive impact on customers and be part of a dedicated team that strives for excellence.

Responsibilities:

Handle high volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Update customer accounts with relevant information and maintain accurate records.
Use company systems and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in using computer systems.
Detail-oriented and highly organised with good time management skills.
