About the role: Are you passionate about supporting young learners and keen to make a meaningful impact in a diverse school community? We are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Enfield, where you’ll play a key role in assisting teachers, working closely with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and enhancing the overall learning environment. • HLTA status or an equivalent Level 4 qualification.
• Proven experience working within a primary school setting.

• The ability to manage classroom behavior and engage students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise small group interventions to support learning.
• Provide class cover as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Assist teachers in preparing resources and creating an engaging classroom environment.
• Support individual students with specific learning needs.
• Contribute to planning and evaluating lessons alongside class teachers.
