About the Role:
As a Humanities Teacher, you will inspire students with engaging lessons that encourage critical thinking and curiosity. You will cover various subjects within the humanities curriculum, nurturing students’ understanding of history, geography, and culture.
Responsibilities of a Humanities Teacher:
Plan and deliver stimulating lessons in humanities subjects.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and tailored support.
Promote the importance of humanities in understanding the world.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic excellence.
Requirements for a Humanities Teacher::
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the humanities curriculum.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
