Humanities Education Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Humanities Education Specialist to teach students in Humanities subjects and help them achieve their full potential.
About the Role- Estimated Salary: £37,440 - £51,800 per annum
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, evaluating student progress, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
- Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to design curriculum and educational programmes that meet the needs of students.
- Participating in departmental meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Humanities or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Humanities subjects at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Humanities subjects.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
