Payroll Software Specialist

Our client is a global SaaS type company with a range of accountancy software products supplying the FinTech market.. They are now seeking a Payroll Software Specialist with a strong accountancy / Payroll background for a post sales support role based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. This is an 18 to 24 month contract initially with 2 days in their offices in London.

Duties

• Engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Share understanding and expertise with partners and customers of relevant Payroll principles.

• Support customers from the start of their entire journey.

• Help develop the approach to customer activation and retention.

Skills
• Accounting or bookkeeping , Payroll and software knowledge.
• Ability to build urgency in customers to activate and use their subscriptions.
• Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training would prove very useful.

• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero or Sage accounting software.
• Great communication skills
