Reliability Engineer

We are seeking applications from Reliability Engineers to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who are committed to producing high quality medications.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing a reliability program to minimize risks, reduce production losses, and control maintenance costs. Collaborating closely with Production, Projects, Facilities, and Engineering teams, you'll play a critical role in optimizing asset performance, developing effective reliability processes, and driving continuous improvement.
Some of your key responsibilities will include -
Develop and implement a sustainable reliability program to reduce risks and maximize equipment uptime.
Track production losses and high maintenance costs, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct robust root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve reliability issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Identify, prioritize, and lead projects to address reliability risks, lower costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment and asset performance.
Create and maintain reliability-focused documentation, including processes, procedures, and reports.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
