• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and resilient personality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support for students with challenging behaviours, ensuring they remain engaged and focused during lessons.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviours and emotional regulation.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to create individual learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Encourage social and emotional development, helping students build confidence and self-esteem.
• Support students both inside and outside the classroom, including during playtime and school trips.
Perks and Benefits:
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a supportive and inclusive school environment where your contribution will be truly valued. You will receive ongoing professional development opportunities, and have the chance to work in a school that believes in the well-being and growth of both its students and staff.
