Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Soft Services Supervisor to join their growing team in Chester.

The Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in:

* Management of logbooks (soft services), overseeing and driving performance across 10 staff members (cleaners, porters, etc), organise rotas, liaise with external suppliers and more.

* Working hours are Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:30 (early finish of 13:30 on Friday).

About You
To be successful in the role of Cleaning Supervisor you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience overseeing a team in a commercial or industrial role.

* References/evidence of previous 3 years work experience required.

* Must be able to pass a security clearance.
