Client Executive - Finance

Tunbridge Wells

9-5pm Monday - Friday; Hybrid working - 2/3days working remote following training

£28,000 per annum + 25days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Private Medical, Social Team Days ++

Are you ready to take your finance skills to the next level? Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate to join their dynamic team. With a focus on financial analysis and operational support, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's facilities and delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the operational running of client facilities to agreed service levels.
Processing sales ledger files, including manual charges and retentions.
Handling operational queries and providing support to clients.
Calculating and processing debtor files in line with internal procedures.
Initiating and controlling outbound client payments within processing deadlines.
Monitoring and reviewing client transactions against expected activity.
Maintaining effective liaison with all business lines and support functions.
Supporting the operational setup of existing and prospective clients.
Maintaining audit trails for operational activity.Experience and Qualifications:

- Essential:

Experience working in a finance-based office role or relevant Degree or equivalent within Finance
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.- Desirable:
