New urgent role working as a Construction Manager to act as a No.1 on site for a facade strip/re-cladding project up to £6m in value.

In order for candidates to be selected for this role they must have a background managing render, rainscreen, decking & timber cladding packages. Also client facing qualities along with a well versed understanding of fire safety regulations would be essential.

This contract will be for a minimum of 12 months with a view to start asap.

Management of sub contractors and trades
Overseeing and document all ITPs, QA, handover documentation for client approval
Good IT skills and be able to use Word emails
Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractorsRequirements:

Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
Background delivering re cladding projects up to £6m in value
Strong understanding of new fire safety regulations
A good appreciation for quality driven process
