About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join a premium fashion retail store in the heart of West London. In this exciting role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You'll lead a motivated team, drive performance, and manage budgets to ensure we consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales and performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
