About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Site Manager to join our team in West London. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects safely, on time, profitably and to high standards.

About the Role
  • On-site supervision of all activities

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures
  2. To manage and coordinate site personnel, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  3. To monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  4. To identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe working environment
  5. To contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  6. To build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  2. Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
  3. NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
  4. Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate
  5. Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy
  6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Asta
  7. Experience in a management or supervisory position
  8. Knowledge of NHBC Standards
  9. Knowledge of HBF ratings
