About the role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting teachers and helping children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) grow and thrive. You'll work alongside experienced staff, providing support in delivering engaging activities that stimulate curiosity, foster social development, and encourage a love for learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering a fun and educational curriculum tailored to EYFS children.

• Encourage students' independence and personal growth through creative play and structured activities.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to track the progress of each child.
