Early Years Teaching Assistant

About the role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting teachers and helping children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) grow and thrive. You'll work alongside experienced staff, providing support in delivering engaging activities that stimulate curiosity, foster social development, and encourage a love for learning. This role is ideal for those who are creative, empathetic, and enjoy a hands-on approach to working with young children. You will be assisting with small group activities, helping students with early literacy and numeracy skills, and promoting positive behaviour both inside and outside the classroom.
