Sister/Charge Nurse – Oncology & Medical

Location: St John’s Wood, London
Full-Time: 37.5 hrs/week | Permanent

We’re looking for a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Oncology & Medical Ward, making a real difference to patient outcomes while advancing your nursing career. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of care and ensure patient-focused services.
Team Management: Lead a team of 6 nurses and 2 healthcare assistants.
Specialist Care: Provide advanced nursing advice and develop tailored care plans.
Professional Development: Mentor and support junior staff with training and appraisals.
Quality Improvement: Drive service development and enhance patient experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, deputizing when required.
Patient Support: Offer compassionate care and guidance to patients and their families.

What You’ll Need:

Registered Nurse (NMC)
Post-registration experience in Oncology
Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
Knowledge and experience in SACT administration
