\(p Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team, where you will be empowered to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
\(p As an advocate for dignity and safety, you will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individualised needs and choices are met.
\(p With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and create a sense of purpose for those living with us.
\(p Key responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support, and maintaining principles of safeguarding.
\(p You will also take responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge, manage teams, plan shifts, and liaise with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
\(p To ensure we make safe recruitment choices, the role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks.
\(p About the Role:
\(p This role is ideal for experienced professionals or newly qualified nurses who are passionate about delivering person-centred care.
\(p Previous experience is not required, and we offer tailored training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
\(p To be successful in this role, you will need a Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC, a valid UK NMC PIN, and registration to practice as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)/Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD)/Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
\(p Additionally, you must be able to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility.
\(p In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including Simply Health, Early Pay, Benefits platform, exclusive discounts, free criminal record checks, pension scheme, paid annual NMC renewal fee, flexible working patterns, cycle to work scheme, service recognition rewards, training support, and employee assistance programme.
