Primary School Teaching Assistant (Richmond)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Work one-on-one or with small groups of children to provide tailored learning support.
Assist with classroom management and create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Help with the preparation of resources and classroom displays.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.
We’re seeking someone who is:

Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
Comfortable supporting children with a range of abilities and needs.
Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Motivated to help create an environment where all children thrive.
Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
