As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

Engaging with patients and managing risk effectively
Promoting patient involvement in care and treatment
Working in a therapeutic environment to support patient independence
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and therapists
Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
Attending multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and CPA meetings

The ideal Registered Mental Health Nurse will have:

A valid RMN qualification
Experience or interest in working with CAMHS, adults acute, and OCD patients
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a therapeutic environment
Commitment to patient involvement and promoting independence
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
