Respiratory Physiologist (Band 7) – East London

Position: Respiratory Physiologist - Band 7
Location: East London
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a wide range of diagnostic respiratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to spirometry, plethysmography, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), arterial blood gases (ABGs), and bronchial challenge tests.
Interpret results and provide expert recommendations to the multidisciplinary team.
Provide comprehensive reports and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

HCPC registered Respiratory Physiologist with a Band 7 (or equivalent) background.
Significant experience in performing advanced respiratory diagnostics and interpreting test results.
Strong knowledge of respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, and ILD.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
