Our one-form entry Church of England Primary School is a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued. Our extensive playground has recently been developed, featuring an edible playground for gardening lessons and a variety of equipment designed to promote physical health and well-being. This gives our students a space to not only have fun but also engage in enriching outdoor learning experiences.
About the role:

As a HLTA, you will play an essential role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • A commitment to upholding the Christian values at the core of our school ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-class support for students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring that all learners are engaged and progressing.
• Lead small groups or 1:1 sessions to support children’s learning, particularly those with additional learning needs.
• Assist in planning and delivering lessons, using creative approaches to meet the needs of all learners.
• Support the class teacher in maintaining an effective and positive learning environment.
• Help with the assessment and tracking of children’s progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Perks and Benefits:
We offer a competitive daily rate of £100 – £120, a supportive and friendly school environment with an excellent leadership team, and ongoing professional development opportunities to help you grow within the role. You’ll be part of a warm, inclusive atmosphere where your contributions are truly valued, and you’ll have access to extensive school facilities, including a large, well-equipped playground.
