We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a Liquidity /Movement of Funds Programme manager who will provide risk-focused business analysis and project management support for global payments and movement of funds projects. This role involves identifying and documenting regional payment activities, evaluating control environments, and determining risk-based prioritization for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

6-10 years of experience in financial services or investment banking.
Provide Risk BA/PM support for global payments and movement of funds projects.
Identify in-scope applications for payment activities and evaluate control environments.
Determine impact and updates required for SOX and MCA activities.
Perform root cause analysis of payment-related operational risk events and identify solutions.
Support Ops SMEs in identifying key business requirements for payment flows.
Manage individual project responsibilities, including milestone setting and task management.
Support and manage business ad-hoc queries and requirements.
Foster relationships with business and technology stakeholders and support engagement in working groups and workshops.
Identify and manage key project risks, escalating as necessary.This role will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Belfast. Although the role is initially for a 6-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
