Role Pupose 
As a Senior or Specialist Social Worker, you will provide support, counseling, and guidance to clients, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes. Your experience and expertise in court-related cases will be vital in navigating legal processes and advocating for clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals involved in court cases.
Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to clients involved in court proceedings.
Collaborate with legal professionals, probation officers, and other stakeholders to ensure cases progress smoothly.
Advocate for clients' best interests in court, providing necessary documentation and testimonials.
Conduct home visits and interviews to gather relevant information and assess the safety and suitability of living environments.
Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions to address areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and anger management.
Assist individuals in accessing community resources and support services.

Requirements 

A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
A valid license as a Social Worker in the state.
Proven experience working with individuals involved in court cases.
Knowledge of court processes and legal procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work.

Contract 
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £37 umbrella rate
Location: South West London
