A Primary School in Islington is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted interventions to support students' academic progress.
Work 1:1 with students, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
Support the class teacher in managing the classroom, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons and activities.
Help monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to both the teacher and parents.
Provide pastoral support, encouraging student wellbeing and engagement.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience in working with children, ideally in a classroom or SEND setting.
Knowledge of delivering academic interventions and supporting individual learning needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for supporting children's development.
